GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:
  • Applicants must enter accurate information in the online application that can be verified by documentation.
  • The KP PSC website will post the test/exam call letters. Applicants are required to often check the PSC website.
  • Age will be determined on January 1, 2023.
  • iv) The maximum age limit specified in the recruitment rules shall be relaxed up to ten years for disabled people, widows, divorced people, and government employees who have served for two years continuously, as well as up to three years for candidates from underprivileged areas as listed in the appendix to the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Initial Appointment to Civil Posts (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules, 2008, and five years for people who are members of minority groups. However, candidates from backward areas and minorities will be given an additional three and five years of automatic age relaxation, respectively, in addition to being eligible for one of the relaxations available to government employees, general candidates, or candidates with disabilities, depending on which is pertinent and applicable to them. Employees or former employees of the government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and employees or former employees of the Federal Government: under the administrative control of the government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa shall also be entitled to an age relaxation equal to the time served in the projects, up to a maximum of ten years, provided that this age relaxation shall not be available in conjunction with any other provisions of the age relaxation rule.
  • Candidates who are married to foreign nationals must present government-issued relaxation orders in order to be considered.
  • While employees of autonomous/semi-autonomous/government/semi-Govt entities may apply directly, departmental authorization certificates are required prior to the competitive test or interview.
  • According to the notification, the Zonal and Merit Quotas must be carefully adhered to when distributing seats. Every vacant position may or may not be filled by the government.
  • Applicants who have already used three chances to apply for Tehsildar/Naib Tehsildar positions through competitive examinations are ineligible.
  • Only the qualifications held as of the Advt's closing date shall be considered.
  • Applicants seeking for positions with a disability quota must present a disability certificate, issued before the deadline by the Board of Rehabilitation or the District Assessment Board for Disabled Persons, certifying their condition.
  • The candidates must include the domicile certificate that they received from the appropriate government prior to the deadline for receiving applications. No changes to the entries in relation to the domicile certificate will be considered afterwards. Once established, domicile is final. A candidate is only allowed to have one residence; otherwise, they lose their eligibility.
  • If a female applicant marries before beginning her career in government service, she will take up residence at her husband's home. If not, she will have a home of her own. However, a married female candidate must notify the Commission in writing before the test or examination if she wants to continue living at home.
NOTE:
Because eligibility will be evaluated strictly in accordance with the rules following the administration of all necessary tests, candidates are urged to make sure they are qualified for the post(s) in all aspects before applying.

SYLLABUS & STANDARD FOR COMPETITIVE EXAMINATION

FOR THE POSTS OF TEHSILDAR 

  • The examination's standards must meet those set by the University of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for bachelor's degrees.
  • Given that precise instructions will be provided on the question paper where it is necessary to answer in any one specific language, a candidate may answer the questions in either English or Urdu.
  • Candidates who are not Muslims will not be compelled to appear in the Islamiyat newspaper. Those candidates will receive 200 points instead of 100 for the Pakistan Studies exam.
  • No applicant will be called for the viva-voce test unless they received at least 33% on each of the individual written exams and 50% overall. Failing to appear for or skip the viva voce will indicate that the applicant did not meet the requirements for appointment, and his or her name will not appear on the merit list.
